Our Refund Policy

CodeServe Solutions LLP (CSS LLP) is an IT company focused on delivering non-tangible, digital, and online services. Our primary objective is to provide you with the highest level of service in timely manner and to your complete satisfaction. We aim to achieve your objectives through a collaborative partnership, connecting your business with consumers in a straightforward and cost-effective manner.

CSS LLP cannot guarantee a complete refund for service cancellations. In the event of a change of mind after payment for a specific service, CSS LLP will adhere solely to the policy outlined here.

CSS LLP will refund or cancel any services according to the following guidelines:

  • Full Refund: If a project has not started within 15 days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Incorrect Information: If you provide incorrect information and a project has started or been completed, CSS LLP will not issue partial or full refunds.
  • Project Cancellation: If you decide not to proceed with a project, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. This applies to all non-business days. If you cancel a project that has already begun, CSS LLP will deduct a proportional amount and refund the remainder.
  • Incomplete Portion: If you are unsatisfied with an unfinished part of a project, you can receive a proportional refund for the remaining work.
  • If you sign up for a plan, and for any reason CSS LLP is unable to complete the project, you will receive a 100% refund within a maximum of 7 working days.
  • Service Cancellation: For monthly or yearly services, if you wish to cancel, you must notify CSS LLP via email at least 7 business days before the next billing period. Your account will not be charged starting 7 business days after your notification.
  • Billing Errors: If you request a refund or cancellation within the specified time frame, and your account has still been charged, CSS LLP will refund 100% of that amount.
  • Non-Refundable Services: CSS LLP does not provide refunds for expenses related to search engine optimization, paid ads on search engines, or other non-recoverable miscellaneous charges. Refunding these costs would result in a loss for CSS LLP.

If you wish to discontinue any of CSS LLP services or have inquiries, comments, or concerns regarding our refund and cancellation policy, please reach out to us at accounts@CSSLLP.com. When contacting us, kindly provide your full name, company name, account number, and specify the service you want to cancel. In the subject line, include “CANCEL ORDER.”

* Please note that all refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Your request will be deemed valid only upon receiving confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or reference number issued by CSS LLP’s billing department will serve as proof of service cancellation.
